As a satisfied customer of this location for the past three years, I have always had a great experience, they have quality goods, and stellar service --especially from Sarah and Mary. They are also very knowledgable for mammals and reptiles, so I am confident when seeking advice from them. We purchase often from this location specifically, and have only recently had one issue where the new manager refused to replace something before understanding that we've never had issues with their product in the years prior. The store is always clean, and we are always greeted with a friendly "hello, is there something I can help you with today?" We enjoy saying hello to any foster kitties who may be in, and enjoy seeing the other critters, birds, and reptiles. A great crew there, and I highly recomme

Was here a few days ago. I must say, Mary the assistant manager is the best. She checked on me twice to see if I needed any help. Very friendly, down to earth & went above and beyond answering all my questions regarding about fish set up. She even grabbed me a cart and shopped with me through the whole process. To top it off, she even helped me pick out my dog treats as if she's shopping for herself. She really cares about her customers, 10 star goes to her .....

I must thank Pet Supermarket Assistant Manager, Mary, at Providence Plaza for taking the time to explain the different cat topical solutions to me. We were shopping at her store on Sunday 07/07/24. And she was SO very helpful. It was a pleasant shopping experience, which these days are few and far between. We then returned the following day and I made my purchase. We frequent this store as well as the Orange City location. This location is one of the older ones and have been going to it for a lot longer. Having been to the other location this store could use a mild updating with some things, including the layout. However, we like the people who work there and the products. We love Annie, she's very helpful and has a heart for all species!
