I love this place!! I go all the time and the employees are more than helpful. No matter how many questions I ask or how stupid th questions may be the employees make me feel smart for asking them. Every time I come in Sam, specifically, is so very kind and helpful. Every time I have had her help me out we’ve had great conversations and she’s always given me th best advice. Heath is the guy to go to for plants, he’s so helpful and whatever plants you want/want them to do, he knows exactly what you need. I 10000% recommend coming here instead of petsmart. They genuinely care about their animals here and do truly take care of them. Don’t leave reviews without knowing if they take the six animals to the vet or not (which they do. Lol) definitely sign up for rewards and pay attention to sales!

I simply love this pet store. Pet Supermarkets, this store in particular, are the best I have ever been to. The staff is so kind to their animals, you can just tell when someone is genuinely passionate about what they do. I visit this store quite frequently. It absolutely breaks my heart to see someone drag this stores reputation, if you scroll, you will see the same comment I saw about the little Bearded Dragon. I happened to ask about the same little fella and was pleased to find out he already went to the vet and is being taken care of by the best team. I was absolutely disgusted between employees arguing on the floor and ignoring this baby it’s genuinely horrific; seriously, do better to use your resources provided to do the job you applied and interviewed for, when I saw it I immediately thought it was dead and sun dried because of this and it’s absolutely shameful on your stores part. I don’t like pet stores but my budgies needed something last minute; happy to say I walked out without purchasing anything and will never be returning. Even petsmart and old petsense uphold their reptiles at-least a little better this baby was so malnourished its legs were folded back and couldn’t use them, as well as due to the malnourishment it’s back was starting to give. it’s downright awful and then to proceed to charge $100 for the baby knowing no o

Exactly where I came to get some new pet supplies when I got my new dog near here. Had everything I needed, and is a good place to come to for pets. Highly recommend.

I had such a great experience thanks to the manager at this store! Heath went above and beyond to help me find everything I needed for my pet bird. I came in with a few questions and left feeling completely confident and taken care of. They were knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely cared about making sure I had the right products.
