Pet Supermarket

There's only 3 employees that actually care and have customer service. Jace, the younger girl, and the lady in her late 30/early 40s with the cool tattoos. The older gentleman always has an attitude and doesn't seem to show interest in anything you have to say. Not only that but I've tried to order fresh through them multiple times and the only time I ever got a call back the ordering manager acted like she was annoyed to have to call me back.. I have bought fish there and 2 out of 3 are sick and dies within the first few days. Ive bought from other aquarium stores and never had any issues. I like this store and want to see it become more successful than the competitors in my area.

Not open at 10am. 2 people working inside and ignored opening the door at 10. At 10:15 finally unlocked the doors but was told that the registers were down. Waste of time, going across the street to petrol!

Our family only buys our pet food from this location and today, Sunday 9/1/25 at 4:10 PM my husband walks in to grab our dog food like we’ve done many times before and goes to the register. There is no one at the register when he walks up, but there is a note that the staff has with a squeeze chicken that says “squeeze for assistance”. He squeezes it, no one comes. He walks the store THREE times, and there’s one lady that was busy speaking with a family about pet foods. He notices an older gentlemen sitting in what seems to be a break room on his phone. My husband politely asked the man for assistance at the register. The man, who is the SHIFT MANAGER, rudely states that there are two other people who can help him. My husband responds that he has squeezed the chicken and been waiting at th

Needed a quick dog wash and Pet supermarket always has space when I need it. The staff is helpful and the dog wash area was clean. Our puppy was so happy and clean.

Go here all the time to get fish and other supplies, Jace is one of the best employees there. Always joking around with my wife and I. Also he know his way around aquariums. Very knowledgeable and always there to help. The kid needs to be a manager
