I came in the other day and I had a terrible experience with a rude older lady named Tiffany. I asked her for assistance with fish, she took me back there and questioned my knowledge on fish. All I wanted was to get a couple, I already have an established tank so I didn't need any unwanted unsolicited advice. She was very rude and seemed like she hated her job. I have spent a lot of money at Pet Supermarket and the service I've been getting lately has been horrible! Go to a different pet store if you want good service.

They had dead fish on display in separate bowls, and the gold fish were faded to nearly white and the beta fish had no color, all were barely able or unable to swim. They’re all being neglected.

I’m very disappointed with how Pet Supermarket treats their betta fish. Every time I visit, the bettas are kept in containers that are far too small to allow them to swim or live comfortably. Many of the fish show clear signs of stress and illness, including fin rot and clamped fins — conditions that are preventable with proper care and clean, heated water. Bettas are living creatures that require more than just a cup of water to survive. They need warm, filtered tanks, space to swim, and regular maintenance to stay healthy. It’s heartbreaking to see them displayed like disposable decorations instead of the intelligent, beautiful animals they are. Best service, super friendly and they have a very intelligent staff. A little pricey but it’s in my area and readily available.
