Pet Supermarket

I've been a customer there for years. I enjoy the friendly staff and have never had a bad experience in the store. Recently I purchased a bag of expensive, brand name dog food and found that it was infested with insect larvae. I worked with the national customer service contact to help them identify as much information about the afflicted batch as much as possible. I was disappointed when they would not offer me a refund or even a store credit for my purchase, because I discovered ithe issue outside of their 30-day policy window, despite being before the product's expiration date.

I recently got 2 cats and Josh helped me pick out a litterbox and took the time to explain the different litter types and food for them, all within 30 minutes of closing. This pet store has earned my repeat business with the friendliness of the employees!

Yesterday was a very rough day with my cat being sick at the vet most of the day. I wish I got the man's name who helped me last night, but not only did he help me find an oral syringe to help water feed my cat but he listened to the day I had and shared his own personal story about a similar situation. That interaction was huge for me bc I was scared all day but I felt so much better after speaking to him. Always happy to shop here ❤️

Amazing customer service and great selection. Josh helped us to find everything we needed for our bunnies and some toys for our dogs and helped us carry everything to the car after. 5/5 will return.

Not only is the store full of a wide variety of pet products, but it's the team members who truly make this place special. William, in particular, is always so friendly and attentive to every customer. He consistently helps me find the best products possible.
