Great smaller store for aquariums and supplies for such and reptiles. Came in a bought 5 neon tetras all are very healthy and active. Owner is very polite and friendly, he's like a grandpa who wants the best for you ya know? Great store.

We’ve been loyal customers of Pet Store Universe for years, buying food and supplies for all of our dogs. However, after this recent experience, we won’t be back. A staff member accidentally charged me for the wrong (cheaper) bag of dog food. I didn’t notice at the time, but it wasn’t my job to double-check their register. Three days later, I received a phone call stating I owed them an additional $25 due to their mistake. It’s unacceptable to ask customers to pay more after the fact for an error that wasn’t theirs. Once a sale is completed, it should stay that way—especially when it wasn’t intentional on either side. The situation was handled poorly and left a very bad taste. We’ll be taking our business elsewhere from now on.

This is a cute pet store that is a must-have stop and see what they have. There prices are great along with the help of the owner. We will be back!
