Management is super friendly and welcoming. My dogs usual groomer, Sydney, is an angel on earth! She has done wonders for his reactivity and nerves at the groomers. His first ever appointment took almost 3 hours, but now she has him looking spiffy in just about an hour. She is super accommodating to my crazy school schedule. Whenever I tell my dog, “We are going to see Sydney,” he always gets very excited (but then he remembers that Sydney is the groomer and gets less excited 😂). Sydney has been a truly amazing groomer and I am so sad to be moving. I know it will be very difficult to find another groomer as amazing as her.

Our long haired cat had lots of knots in her coat. I called and was able to get an appointment the next day. When I dropped off our cat, I had a quick conversation with the groomer so we both were on the same page about what was expected. Very clear communication was greaty appreciated! I was able to get food nearby and received a call when our cat was ready for pickup. Overall pleasant experience, and definitely will be returning for future grooming!

LOVE this salon!! Had an amazing experience with Savannah as our groomer! I took both my dog and my cat to her and she treated them with so much love and care, they looked amazing and I’m so grateful to have found a groomer who shows so much care for my fur babies!

Just picked our dog up and she was bleeding out of all 4 paws. When we called to find out what happened the vet said she cut a few too short and put some quick fix on them. I get in the car and the back seat is covered in blood, she's bleeding out of 4 of her nails and in pain. I called the vet upset and she then proceeded to tell me to put flour on it and it should stop rather than tying to explain how it happened and if there is something we can do to fix the issue , she then started to cuss at me and trying to make us look like bad people when we were just concerned as to why our dog was bleeding out of all 4 paws. Will never go back super unprofessional.

Highly recommended! I’ve never had to take my cat to a groomer before so I was a little nervous but my 12 year old long haired cat had a lot of mats and I had to do something about it. I was very pleased with the service from Pet Spa from start to finish! Desiree scheduled my cat quickly and she was very pleasant. She asked me exactly what I wanted done and took that into account. I was impressed because after my cat was ready for pick up she told me she could tell right away he wouldn’t have tolerated a water bath and chose to not put him through that in order to make it a pleasant and stress free experience for my boy.
