I was recommended to Madison by another groomer and I honestly could not be happier! I have had my 2 female pups for over 11 years and they have seen a few different places (I have moved to different states), but I can confidently say that Madison has been the BEST groomer we’ve ever had! They look absolutely PERFECT! And something that she did that NO ONE else has ever done was to tell me some issues that she noticed on them (ear infection and skin dryness), which is something that I had not noticed. Also, she not only mentioned it, she also gave me tips on how to treat it. Her love for animals is evident. Amazing! I was nervous to send my cat to a groomer but she was amazing! My cat is very nervous and gets anxious quite easily, when I picked him up he was so calm and comfortable it seemed like he didn’t want to leave. His fur is so soft and well groomed. The cut is great and he looks so cute!

Highly recommend!! Look no further this is the best place in town. Took my senior dog who has issues with getting his nails trims and the staff, especially Jaylee was amazing. Any place can get the job done, but it is the staff and their love that makes a world of difference. Jaylee is very loving and patient with Bean. He has never looked or felt better. I can’t express how wonderful my experience was, will be a continuous customer here at Pet Spa by Susan❤️

This was our second time having our dog groomed by Alex, and once again, it was a fantastic experience! She came out looking absolutely adorable and was clearly feeling herself — you could just tell how proud she was of her new look. The grooming was spot-on, and it’s obvious a lot of care and attention went into it. We’re so happy to have found someone like Alex who makes the whole process easy and stress-free. Can’t wait for our next visit!

Wonderful groomer! My bichon was in and out in under 3 hours and looks incredible! She was even able to trim his nails and clean out his ears, which my pup can be difficult with. I will definitely be going back.
