SO SO SO SO thankful to have found Pet Services AG! I was so anxious about taking my cat Onyx to his first grooming appointment ever because of horror stories I’ve read online but it was absolutely amazing all thanks to Ale and all her patience with my fur baby. She sent me videos of the entire process and he looked so chill when I picked him up. He really needed a good clean and now he’s so fresh! Now time to bring his brother Oli! 😊

The service was amazing! Ale was very kind and gentle with my cat, Mimmy. Mimmy is nervous but Ale was incredibly patient and handled her with such care and kindness. She came out looking and smelling great! Will definitely be returning for future grooms.
