Pet port

My only review I have ever written and this is due to the way I was treated. I have been bringing my dog to this grooming salon for over five years and have never had an issue until now. Unfortunately, the way I was treated during my most recent visit was completely unacceptable. After three hours, I called to check on my dog’s status and was told she was “finishing up on the table.” I arrived about 20 minutes later, only to find she was not done and was told it would be another 30 minutes. I said ok and paid, but was then told I “should not have come early” and was nastily told to just “take her.” When I got home, I realized she hadn’t been brushed out and her paw pads weren’t buzzed. We’ve had great experiences here! Danny makes scheduling and comms a breeze, and the groomers (shoutout to Casey) are diligent and clearly love the animals. Our Bernedoodle puppy always leaves happy. Highly recommend!

Pet Port is the only reason my dog is able to be groomed! He's a rescue, was never groomed among other things. Even when he is given medication, the big names and many other grooming places wouldn't touch him. Pet Port was willing to try and with Jason’s patience, they were successful! Forever grateful. Kim and the rest of the team are the best! They always do an amazing job. My dogs are high anxiety and are always handled with the best care, highly recommend!

The staff is great. Very friendly and very friendly towards our dog Darla. They do a great job grooming.
