WOW!!! JUST WOW! I have a 9 year old cat that will only eat kibble and I wanted to have something differnt for him. Amber went above & beyond helping me for over 10 minutes discuss the numerous high-quality kibble for my cat Kobe. She was professional, knowledgeable, passionate, kind, patient and shared A LOT OF knowledge regarding cats that I was not even aware of after owning my own cat(s) for 30 years. I hope they keep Amber close, if I needed to hire anyone I would try to poach Amber from their business as she provided steller one-of-a-kind customer service! I will not go anywhere else for Kobe's kibble except Pet Planet! Thanks for all your help Amber!

Phenomenal found our new pet store! Lady up front was absolutely welcoming and knew what to recommend for our pup! Self service grooming absolutely great! Will be back

Used the self-wash here and was unaware the first 15 minutes costs $10 and then every 5 minutes after is $3. Wish I was informed prior to racking up the time. Otherwise the store is nice and clean.

This has been my go to VIP pet store for over 7 years.... I've had old dogs. they helped me with challenging feeding issues to new dogs and introducing me to raw food options. I highly recommend this store. they are very knowledgeable, attentive and super polite! Plus we could only be so lucky to have Christina doing the nail trimming for our fur babies. she is the most gentle person I've ever met!
