Pet Planet Canyon Crossroads

So yesterday was my second time at the store and I absolutely love it! The cleanliness and organization and best of all the knowledge of the staff. Maya is absolutely wonderful! I have a chocolate lab who has been having stomach issues for quite some time. Maya led me to some great food, Nutra source and some probiotics. My dog (bear) is doing better than fantastic and I just wanted to say thanks to Maya and happy to say i found my new fav pet store. Love this place Jason

It's Sunday and a couple minutes until closing. I get it. However the business was closed and door locked before 5pm. The lady working unlocked the door and stated "I just closed my drawer.." oh, so you close before the displayed hours. Thanks, I'll find somewhere else to take my business. Unacceptable in my mind as a business. I would even accept turning the lights off to appear closed. But don't close the drawer before 5pm.

The staff was very helpful in giving recommendations for my dog with tummy issues and allergies! They are very friendly and I will definitely be returning to shop there more

Visiting from out of state and have been here twice now! The staff both times were amazing. Very kind and knowledgeable and wanting to help, but not like the follow you around every corner type. They gave my pup lots of love and treats the time he came in with me ♡ Prices are fair and everything is aimed towards what is healthy for your pet, which of course we love!!
