Pet Place

We have used pet place for daycare and boarding and we are so happy we found them! The owners and the entire team are wonderful. Our dog can have a tricky temperament, and they have really taken the time to get to know him, learn his behaviors and collaborate with us to provide the best care for him. Their communication is the best-it is so nice to receive several photo updates throughout the day and to know that he is doing well. And they respond quickly to any questions that come up. The facility is also very clean and well maintained-the lobby is warm and inviting. Highly recommend!!

For the past two months, we’ve had to travel quite a bit, and knowing our very hyper dog and our affectionate, people-loving cat are taken care of and truly loved by Hope and Monika gives us complete peace of mind. They send regular updates, photos, and videos without us ever having to ask, which makes being away so much easier. They genuinely let each pet’s personality shine, and our babies have even made best friends with the other pets there. Pet Place is, without a doubt, the best boarding facility we’ve ever experienced. We always know that if we need help with our little fur babies, Pet Place is the place to go. Thank you for taking such incredible care of them.

We recently moved to the area from out of state and have been trying to find a new daycare/boarding facility for our golden. After trying a few different daycares, we found PetPlace. Every interaction we’ve had with PetPlace has been top quality. From the owner texting me back after hours to book our first stay, to walking into a friendly hello and CLEAN facility, to the countless photos the staff shared during our pups 6 night stay, I can’t speak more highly of PetPlace.

I am extremely impressed with the quality of care my dog got while being boarded at Pet Place! They are extremely thorough in pre-screening my dog, ensuring she was a good fit, and I really appreciate that. I got a lot of pictures of her throughout the weekend, they followed all of her medication instructions perfectly as well. I highly recommend having your pet stay here if you need it! I know we will definitely be back for the next stay. Thank you so much for taking such a good care of her, I actually think she was a little bummed to leave! ;)

What can I say- we have been afraid to leave our pup in a doggy daycare and usually take her with us just for trust reasons (on her part and ours). This time we were taking a trip to the smoky mountains and couldn’t bring our pup due to Airbnb rules. We were so nervous about dropping her off at a daycare but we luckily knew of Pet Place which recently opened up less than 5 min from our house. The pricing was equal to or better than what we saw elsewhere and the staff seemed friendly. I can confirm that despite our fears the ladies that work there are extremely compassionate and they kept us updated with daily pictures of our pup that made us feel SO happy and stress free for our trip.
