Took my golden retriever here on 8/24/25 for a trim and bath. We have been here multiple times before and were always pleased with the service. When I came back I didn't even recognize him. They shaved his entire body. Any groomer that has knowledge about golden retrievers should know that you never shave Goldens due to the second layer of hair that they have. My dog had beautiful hair before and now it will probably take a year or so for it to grow out again. Not only did they shave his entire body, but they didn't blend any of the hair from his head and neck so it looks like he has a bowl cut. I was charged $85 and refunded $50 but it's not about the money. It's about the lack of care and knowledge. I am so disappointed. I do not recommend!! first picture (on boat) is him a day before a

My cats are usually very picky about who handles them, but the groomers here were so gentle, patient, and calm that my babies warmed up almost instantly. Their fur looks amazing, they smell clean without that overpowering “perfume” scent, and the groomers took extra time to make sure they were comfortable the whole way through. They gave me updates, answered all my questions, and treated my cats like their own. The care and attention to detail is truly unmatched. If you’re looking for a grooming place that actually understands cats and makes the experience stress-free for everyone, this is it. We will definitely be coming back! 🐾💕

Pet Parlour took great care of my girl! Lexi does not generally do well with boarding. She is very much attached to my family and I. However the ladies at Pet Parlour updated me for her entire stay. They sent pictures and wellness updates which I appreciated as it can be a bit worrisome leaving your furbaby especially when historically that have not done well with boarding. The service Pet Parlour provided was top of the line and they seem to genuinely care about the animals they work with. Pricing was also reasonable. Lexi had a great time and came home smelling great (added a grooming session). I will definitely be boarding with them again or joining a day care session.

LOVE their day care. Haven’t been real pleased with the grooming. The picture on the right is what a goldendoodle should look like. The picture on the left is what my girl came home like. Facial hair too short and ears too long. Will continue to use their doggy day care tho!
