Service is okay. Gave clear explanation of how I wanted my do to look (fluffy) and Ashley did the complete opposite , and got the never to ask for a tip before I seen my dog. Would not recommend.

I am so pleased with Pet Parlor and services I received for Snowball. I was a first time client and everyone was so kind and sweet! Snowballs fur was choppy because he was matted when we got him so we did a home cut to rid him of the fur! When I saw my baby when I picked him up from Pet Parlor I couldn’t believe the excellent job that was done! He looked amazing and smelled like a little man! This will now be my “Fur-ever” groomer.

10 out of 10! They take great care of my Toonchi and he looks amazing every time! Would definitely recommend. One of the best groomers for small breeds in Baton Rouge in my opinion.

I don’t normally do reviews but after my experience I needed to share. I would NOT recommend this place to no one as the groomer is definitely not experienced anytime she called me to come pick up my dog because she couldn’t complete the service requested. My dog is 15lbs and not an aggressive dog so I was very confused, because she may not like a kennel but she has NEVER been basically put out a place. The groomer SHAVED my dog not cut her I mean shaved her hair and the cut was so low and looked horrible. When I arrived to pick her up the groomer was on the phone and checking me out UNPROFESSIONAL to say the least. I was so angry by her hair cut I paid for the service and walked out so when I checked my receipt I noticed a tip added to my service that was not authorized and because the ki
