From the day I walked into Jeannine’s store for the first time she has been passionate, respectful, and dedicated to providing a delightful and quality experience for the pets and humans. She’s the best groomer thus far I’ve been to and had an experience with. I will recommend for sure. My dogs look great and smell great. Once thing in particular I enjoy about Jeannie is that she is very knowledgeable about my doggies needs so she makes for a simple pleasant experience. This is the best groomer I have ever taken my dog to! I had been to several local groomers over the years and had yet to find one I really liked until now. Pet Parlor did an amazing job on my Bernese Mountain Dog. His coat looks spectacular, it feels so soft, and the haircut they gave him was the best one he has ever gotten. Everything was better than I ever hoped for! I am so, so happy with them and will definitely be a lifelong customer now!

The most caring groomer I have ever known is Jeannine. I first met her who is the owner of Pet Parlor while walking my dog past her shop. She came out as I was talking with one of her groomers that was very friendly. She was also very friendly and brought out a treat for my dog. Got to talking about who groomed her, I said my daughter. She said if she is interested in coming in to check out her shop and learn more about breed cuts to tell her to call her and set up a time to stop in. I called my daughter whose name is Megan and she was excited. She called, set up a time to visit. She was impressed and decided to work there. After about a month of working with Jeannine on more techniques we scheduled Rizza’s grooming appointment with Megan being the groomer. Jeannine assisted her with sciss

I live in Chicago and bring my dog all the way here for his grooming. Jeannine is very good with my large Goldendoodle and I can tell he enjoys spending his days there when he gets his full groom. He is always excited to see her and he does not appear to be stressed when I pick him up. Jeannine’s prices are also super reasonable and the quality of her work is top notch.

10/10 would recommend. Our cat is very leery of new people but she was almost immediately at ease here. The staff really take the time to make sure animals feel safe and comfortable. We very very impressed at how quick and painless our nail cutting experience went.
