Pet Paradise Plano Premier

Pet Paradise gave my family and I comfort during a time we were unable to have our dog at home. The reservation process was easy as well as check in and check out. We booked Pixie for 5 nights of boarding while we transitioned to our new home. It brought us joy to receive the letter and pictures from Pixie about her stay. She obviously was a little socialite! Pixie came out happy and extra fluffy and smelled amazing!

This place and staff are phenomenal. I mean it. They truly care about your fur baby’s needs as they do yours. I finally found my forever place for Sunni Dee❤️! Kim, aunt Wendy and whole staff, THANK YOU!!

I've been taking my furry daughter here for several years. They always take great care of her, especially now that she's 15 years old. The staff is very friendly and professional, and I have no worries when I drop my baby off for boarding.

Haley at Pet Paradise has been grooming my 3yo Bernedoodle and 1yo Mini Goldendoodle for their past few cuts/baths. What a great job. She cut them both evenly, followed my preferences to a T and was extra careful around sanitary areas. Pet Paradise is a wonderful place! I was a nervous wreak because it was the first time boarding my dogs, but they put me completely at ease. I have a dog who is an extremely territorial German Shepherd. She doesn't like strangers or people in her space. My other dog, a Aussie Shepherd mix, is a hyper ball of crazy, and demands lots of attention. The staff at Pet Paradise were patient and worked with me on the best options for their needs. They spoke with me on the phone about their needs, shared updates with me while they were boarded there, and even called me a couple days later to check how they were doing after. This place didn't only care about my money, but they cared for my pets just as much as I do. I will definitely use them in the future!
