Pet Paradise Coconut Creek

My dog is new to Pet Paradise, but loves it. As an owner, I love being able to see the live cameras during the day. Facility is clean, and staff is amazing! Kaia always leaves ready to rest, but happy!!!!

Both babies love it and are taken good care of. Updates received and calls answered to ensure comfort of pets. The option of adding on a report card is worth it when they stay over night gives you great piece of mind that your babies had a great day.

My dog is a retired fire service dog. 100lb German Shepard. I appreciated the staff's experience, passion and expertise. Eddie experienced with large working dog breeds calmed my stress when he mas introduced to Willow for she can be very intimidating. Being very cautious and protective by her nature she appear to adjust to the staff very well. Seeing Willow on cam throughout the day really soothes my nerves! She appeared to have a good time... without her dad! She came home stress free which was surprising. My stress level has gone and I feel she will have an awesome time when I am out of town. Awesome staff and awesome price. Awesome job team keep up the good work!

If I could give a negative star I would. I took my dog here last year for the first time as I was going on a cruise. I went there for an initial tour since I’ve never using boarding for my fur baby. Waiting for the tour took 30 minutes since they said only one person gives tour of the facility. I didn’t mind waiting since it was after work. I told them I’m going on a cruise and if they could call or text me when they are taking my dog outside since I want to see how he is doing. Never got a call or text. I called multiple times that day and finally I spoke to the manager. They said they’ll document it in the system so the next person will know to give me a call or text since I’m on the cruise and will be in and out of Wi-Fi. I’m incredibly disappointed and angry with the lack of attentiveness and care Pet Paradise showed during my dog Sofia’s recent boarding for 4 days. When I picked her up, she had a serious cut that the staff couldn’t properly explain or account for. It’s deeply concerning that an injury like this happened under their supervision, with no clear record or investigation. Within 20 minutes of picking up Sofia from her boarding stay, I noticed the cut on her leg. I, immediately called and spoke with Casey the manager who seemed to not be concerned with Sofia's cut. I, then spoke to Eddie the regional manager who reviewed the cameras but still could not give a proper explanation as to what happened to her leg during her stay.
