Pet Paradise Chattanooga

We have used Pet Paradise several times for boarding as well as daycare and have been pleased until today. We dropped Piper off Wednesday morning before taking a mini vacation in South Carolina, We received a call about an hour and a half later that while playing she had been bitten by another dog. They told me that they were taking her to the vet and would keep me updated, they called to report that she did not need stitches and that they put her on an antibiotic and cleaned her up. She did not require stitches, I received a call the next day saying that she was doing well, though there was still a little bit of oozing from the site. She was unable to play with the other dogs for the rest of the time, and when we picked her up today, I was absolutely shocked by her appearance when they h

I can’t say enough amazing things about Pet Paradise! From the moment we walked in, I felt completely at ease leaving my dog in their care. The staff is incredibly kind, professional, and clearly passionate about animals. They took the time to learn about my dogs’ personality, routine, and any special needs, which meant so much to me. The facility itself is clean, organized, and well-maintained. You can tell they prioritize the dogs’ comfort and safety. When I picked my dogs up, they were calm, well-cared-for, and honestly looked like they had their own little vacation! It’s such a relief to know there’s a place I can trust completely. I highly recommend Pet Paradise to anyone looking for a safe, loving, and professional place for their furry family member. We will absolutely be back!

We took our boys for day care- our new needed A behavioral assessment. He came from a hoarding situation and staff recognized he had some apprehension and was a bit standoffish so they did a lot of one-on-one time with him to make him comfortable. Continue that process until he’s comfortable to be Assessed appropriately. Our other guy loves daycare and day camp. And they both received baths vid the works and they did very well. We love pet paradise but more importantly, our 9 month old Aussie, Evie Kate loves it. She goes to day camp 1-2x per week to get some energy out and she gets excited as soon as we pull into the parking lot. We love being able to watch her on camera anytime and we love the feedback we receive. We always know she’s in good hands at pet paradise and try to recommend them to everyone.
