I have been going to this store since I was weeks old, so I wasn't in the area for a while, but I'm back and I love the staff and the beautiful nail lady, though my owner thinks I don't need to be pampered with a day spa. I am very satisfied with the care and carfulness of how they take care of my beautiful feet and nails. I get a bag of treats for the ride home. Just amazing they always care so much about me and make me feel like I'm the best boy in the world.

10 out of 5 stars. Took both of my boys here for the first time for a full groom for my golden and a bath and the works for my lab. They both came home smelling great, looking their best, and in the most goofy moods ever! Will definitely be back for all of my grooming needs. Their selection of high quality pet products is huge! Definitely worth a stop by to check out their inventory for your pets!

They're quick, efficient, and extremely professional. The person taking my dogs in for a haircut made sure there wasn't any new health issues with my little furballs when I checked them in for their appointment. Great service, MUCH quicker than our old groomers with nearly the same professional quality

We took our Cavapoo to Hailey at the Carrollton location. What a lousy groomer. The dog wasn’t even matted but she took the complete coat off of our dog including all parts off the face, ears and tail. It looked like she simply put the grooming tool on 1 and didn’t care if she was skinned bald. Worst grooming we’ve ever had and she charged us $85. Never again.
