Pet Paradise Ballantyne

I had my small dog groomed at Pet Paradise. I had a great experience… making the appointment I line was easy, checking in was easy and the staff was patient, kind and very loving to my dog. I was notified when my dog was almost finished and when I went to pick him up, they were ready for me and the process was easy. I did not meet the groomer but they did an excellent job. I will definitely go back!

Hannah bussy , is the most amazing woman at pet paradise. She truly loves her job and, most of all, the animals. She is professional and caring and a loving person . She also cares for her clients

Our dog seems fine after his 3 day stay. Did not get any feedback on his stay from Pet Paradise. Assume we should have contacted them to get feedback. In another facility we use up north they give us a full report. Also did not know we could do video viewing. So next time we will be able to give a much more accurate review after we ask for the report and view our boy a few times while at the facility.

I take my dog here ONLY for grooming, which is fine. However I witnessed some extremely aggressive dog behavior in the play area where all the dogs are at. You can see through the window at the reception check-in. This was a little bit before 10:30 a.m., EST on February 6, 2026. Two larger dogs were in a smaller dog's ears barking non-stop. Okay, fine. It however escalated when one of the bigger dogs starting nipping at the other smaller dog's face and ears. The other bigger dog then starting nipping at the smaller dog from behind. This was nearly to the point where the smaller dog was going to fall into the pool. Nobody was up front at the time, so I went behind the counter and started waiving to get the attendants attention who was supposed to be watching over these dogs. It's like this
