Our family has been a customer for over 20 years starting from when they had a store in Western Greenwich. This is a family owned business. Staff is friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. They take time to understand the products that they sell. Pricing is fair as well. We will continue to be customers and I would highly recommend Pet Pantry Warehouse.

Love Pet Pantry! They have everything and are so helpful and lovely! Have gotten everything from dog beds to coats to leashes to food and treats. They are knowledgeable and so willing to help. Always a good experience .

This Pet Pantry location is my absolute favorite. They carry all of my cat’s beloved foods and toys, and the staff is consistently wonderful. Susanne, in particular, is incredibly kind and knowledgeable—she always keeps me updated on new products from the brands I love. Everyone there is helpful, and the samples they provide make it easy to try things before committing to larger bags. The shop is spotless, conveniently located, and always a pleasure to visit. I truly enjoy every trip!

Excellent pet store. Wide variety of healthy, high quality food for dogs and other animals. Terrific treats. Wonderful family owner business that truly gives back to the community, customers and pets. Love to bring my dog for a bath in their private grooming room. They offer shampoo and towels but I bring my own shampoo, my choice, but they offer a variety of shampoos. Staff is wonderful. A real pleasure to shop here. 5 STARS. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
