Wonderful first time experience with having our dog groomed at Pet Pals. The facility is extremely clean and well kept. Jessica is incredibly knowledgeable and deeply cares for pets. They gave a wonderful bath and haircut for our dog’s first grooming session. Prices are fair and reasonable. Exceptional customer service and communication.

I can’t say enough about the care and love they give our poodle . She gets so excited when she knows she is going for her haircut. She always smells like she came from the dryer when I pick her up. And the cute little bows in her fur is such a surprise. They are so accommodating with appointments. And they text you if they have any questions or call . Meet Luna Sky the best groomed poodle in the state. Don’t mind her chew stick!

I recently booked a grooming session for my male Persian cat at Jessica's, and I was really impressed with the fast and thorough service I received. The staff took great care of my cat, and the grooming was done perfectly. It was my first time using their services, and I would definitely recommend Jessica to others. I had been having problems trying to get the knots out of my 2 year old long haired cat named, "June". I had been calling places for a while and most places would turn me away, stating they do not groom cats. I text Pet Pals grooming this past Monday. I received a response within minutes to bring my baby boy in on Thursday!! I was so happy with the results. He is so clean and has 0 knots left. The pricing is extremely reasonable too. They did a quick and thorough job and I can tell my "June" feels so much better without the knots on his belly and chest!! I will always go to Pet Pals for my cats grooming needs. Thank you!!

I brought my rescue yorkie that was in bad conditions and Jessica & her staff were absolutely amazing! My dog looks great mind you she is hard to work with so I’m very impressed! Definitely will be going back from now on!
