This is an excellent shop. Sharon, the owner, is a talented groomer, “kennel keeper” and dog owner who loves her doggie clients.
Poor service. The owner charges a different fee every time I go there and does not provide an itemized list of the services she is charging for in the fee. She does not honor appointments and does not cancel in sufficient time. Today she chose to go to the beach instead of honoring an appointment made over six weeks ago. Poor customer service and a huge lack of professionalism. The hours of operation are not user friendly. I would not recommend this service to anyone.
I think this place is great..I've been taking my now two dogs there and they both now look forward to going..The owner is great to my two dogs..I started with only one going and when I got another he went as well..So anyone that's says the owner isn't great your wrong..Small businesses are the best especially for my dogs..
