Pet Nirvana Bel Air

I am beyond grateful for this incredible pet store and the kindness they showed me during one of the hardest moments of my life. After my house caught fire Christmas Eve, Unfortunately my 4 dogs were in the home, and one of my dogs made it out and suffered burns and is currently healing. In the midst of everything, this establishment welcomed me in and allowed me to pick out everything I needed to care for my dog. Their compassion, generosity, and understanding meant more than I can possibly express. They went above and beyond to help not only my pet, but me as well, during such a traumatic time. Acts of kindness like this are unforgettable, and I will forever be thankful. This is more than just a pet store, it’s a place filled with truly caring people. I cannot recommend them highly enoug

The petwash was extremely clean, neat, and easy to use. The new owner has made this an amazing visit! I could definitely tell the difference.

Fantastic grooming when they actually return calls. My wife has called twice trying to schedule an appointment and left two voicemails, but no return calls which is unlike them. Been over 2 weeks. Still would like to try at least one more time before switching to someone else.

Never again, will I take my dogs to this place. They shaved my dogs. Their fur was butchered. Pure laziness, lack of care, customer service. I did not want my dogs SHAVED. This hack job looks like it was performed with a dull pair of scissors. Sloppy, horrible cuts. $175 to have my dog's fur massacred!! *My husband called to address our concerns after I came home with the dogs to talk to owner (Kary). She refused to acknowledge any neglect. Just 100% excuses.

Scheduling for a groomers appointment was very unprofessional “you need to come in to schedule” Appointment was for 9:30, no one showed up until 9:50. Paid $145 and his behind was not clean. Never again going here.
