Pet Medical Center- Sunland

Coming from our last place this vet is SO much more convenient in terms of travel time and cost. The time taken with our cats (attention to detail, helpful information, tips, answers to questions) were very much appreciated, and while we weren’t there for an overly long amount of time, it felt like a very complete visit with an exceedingly competent staff. Both the techs and Dr Afshar handled our cats with care and skill, and we were given very helpful information on how to handle the weight gain of our chunkier-than-ideal cat who is already an active girl. A sign that makes me excited to continue coming back to this vet was how they recommended brushing our cats’ teeth—sounds silly but our previous vet didn’t mention it at all and we weren’t aware it was a thing (we learn something new e

Took our little buddy in for a check up and then to get neutered the following week. Staff and Dr. Are very courteous and professional. Prices extremely fare.

Great staff and Dr. Afshar is terrific. She really knows her trade! They take good care of our dogs and they are reasonably priced.

My dog was diagnosed with pyometra at another hospital but their costs were way too high. I walked in here for an emergency spay, hoping they could take my dog in right away at a lower cost. Fortunately, they were able to get her in immediately and within my budget! Everyone was very nice and helpful during a stressful time. My dog came out of surgery very well taken care of. Thank you to Pet Medical Center Sunland for saving my dog’s life!

I highly recommend this place. The staff are friendly and caring. And Dr. Afshar is the best. She was able to see my dog without an appointment and the wait wasn't long. She is very knowledgeable and her pet bedside manner is fantastic. She put my scared dog at ease. He was actually smiling. Also, the new remodel looks great!
