i came from a tiktok and i just wanted to say hearing from the story this place is unprofessional and could’ve had an animal dead from how unorganized and unprofessional this place is, and just to add on the person could sue this place for medical neglect, which is sad that they would even have to go there because it’s your literal job to save animals and this place seems to do the exact opposite
