Pet House

I absolutely love the quality and diversity of pet products they have here. In one shopping trip I can get crickets for my lizards, a new rat cage for my pet rat, quality rat food and toys, and custom dog treats.

We had an amazing experience at The Pet House during their reptile learning event for kids. Kylie did a fantastic job hosting our small group and made the experience fun, engaging, and educational for everyone. The kids loved learning about the reptiles and getting the chance to safely hold them. You can tell Kylie genuinely cares about the animals and enjoys teaching others. Highly recommend The Pet House for family friendly events like this.

Great pet store with a lot of natural products. It is hard to find bird supplies at big box stores. Pet House had everything I needed for my cockatiel. The employees also gave me good advice on aquarium care and guided me through purchases without forcing anything on me. Prices were fair and the quality of toys and perches were top tier. I'm going there for all my pet care needs.

Usually fine. If Kyle is helping you maybe just leave tho. He didn’t give me a receipt and when I called to ask for it to be emailed to me, he didn’t do it. When I called again to check, he said “Yeah, I haven’t done that yet” and hung up the phone. He didn’t even ask me what my order was so I highly doubt he was going to do it in the first place. Thankfully a different employee answered the phone and actually helped me the next time I called back.

Best local pet store in town. My go too for live food for my leopard gecko(Gucci) and my bearded dragon(Mushu) and fuzzies for my sand boa(Patches). Best customer service. Also I purchased Mushu from here also. First picture is when I first got him. Second picture was taken 3 months later. I would definitely come back again if need another pet reptile.
