If we could give 0 or negative stars we would. We used Pet Haven Cemetery and Crematory to cremate our 19 year old chihuahua. We paid $110 for pickup, cremation and an urn. We received a tea canister with our pup in a trash bag not even sealed. When we called we were told that we should have spent more money if we truly loved our dog. we were informed that the tin we got was from michigan. Not everybody is made of money and because we didn’t spend more we were not treated nicely. Very unhappy.
