Pet Haven Cemetery & Crematory

This message is related to the Kim B review below. I am one of the Family Services Managers for Pet Haven. First and foremost, I am deeply sorry for this experience, and for your loss. I too lost my own kitty cat recently and he was a member of my family. This is 100% not the experience we want any of our families to have, and I’d like to make it right if I can get a hold of you and have a conversation. Secondly, the employee with which you had the concerns with is now no longer employed with us. The lady that you spoke with initially that you kindly acknowledged and gave us stars for, is our regular office manager, Sammy, who most of our customers typically deal with. The only reason I'm giving any stars at all is because the first women who helped us when we brought in our cat first thing in the morning was so sweet and caring. I wish I had gotten her name. We paid to get our cat cremated and paid extra to have his remains put in a nice wooden box. We were told we would get a nose print and paw print along with some fur clippings in a bag. Then we wanted to add a name plate to the box with his name and a small personal message. At that point the women was so kind to not charge us for the plate. Everything was great up until I picked him up after cremation a few days later. The older woman with short hair was extremely unfriendly. The moment I walked in, she came up to me and asked why I was there. She then had me stand by the door and rushed over with

I cant thank the staff enough for being there for me during a really hard time in my life. I lost my fur baby Redo this past Sunday (1/15/23) and Kathy was right there to help me with everything. The office was closed and it was later in the afternoon but she responded immediately and was happy to meet me at the office to discuss the cremation of my sweet boy. She treated me with so much care and compassion. I felt comfortable knowing my boy would be in great hands. I received my sweet boys ashes today❤ It was hard walking into that office but I was greeted with smiles and hugs. My clay paw turned out AMAZING and the Ink paw prints are beautiful. Thank you so much for not only a great experience during a tragic time but also for the beautiful memories you captured for me from my sweet boy

I highly recommend Pet Haven. They did a beautiful job with my dog who passed last year. Very professional. I recently visited again with a friend who lost her dog. I met Brandy Stark personally. She is so sweet and compassionate. She was amazing with my heart broken friend and helped her greatly thru the tough process. I would never go elsewhere. Thank you Brandy for being so thoughtful 😊

Samantha was so helpful and accommodating the day that our beloved furbaby unexpectedly crossed the rainbow bridge. She was incredibly kind and wonderful to work with during a less than ideal situation. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for caring for our boy.
