The staff here is very unprofessional. When I brought my sick cat here they were very rough with him and gave him unnecessary tests. They didn’t even figure out what was wrong with him and we had to bring him to a different vet for answers. I wouldn’t recommend bringing your animals here. Waste of money.

Horrible place, the front desk guy and the nurse were the only kind people , the younger staff and the veterinarian was disrespectful and disgusting to me, my mother and my pet any questions were met with an eye roll and an attitude. He was rough with my dog and had a lot of side comments about the entire process. Honestly not worth bringing your pet here.

Lady was extremely rude on the phone when I asked to receive a quote when my cat is nearing the end of her life with a life threatening mass. She said I didn’t know what I was talking about and was being ridiculous. If you trust your pet to this office I would be extremely cautious as they seem to lack empathy.

If you have an exotic pet, never bring it here. They say they understand exotics, but that’s a lie. My 1-year-old chinchilla came in with a broken leg — not a death sentence. Instead of addressing serious signs like no poop, heavy breathing, and refusing food, the vet brushed it off as “stress.” Within a week, our little sunshine was dead. This place is careless, expensive, and dangerous.

My chinchilla could have lived so much longer if it weren’t for their negligence. The doctor was dismissive and showed zero compassion for my pet’s life. He should have realized that our little boy might not even survive the night without real help. Instead, all he said was to feed him with a syringe and come back on Monday. Monday?! This was Thursday! By Friday morning, our sunshine had passed away. This happened because of your carelessness and lack of urgency.
