Pet Fresh Dog Wash

I read the reviews about the machine overcharging when trying to add more time, so I went in with the mindset of a 15 min wash and dry. I downloaded the app for 10% off and it worked great! $10 and our newfie was done in 15 min. Of course with a Newfie coat, we had to supplement blow drying at home but that's a given anywhere we go. It's a good quality dryer as well. We will definitely be going back as we pass thru all the time after our swims in Duluth!

Went there today to wash a puppy. $12 plus $1 for adding a minute. Cool! So get to one minute left and I need just a bit more drying time so I add a minute dog is relatively dry. Wanted to add a few more minutes and it wouldn't. Looking at my card it charged me $20 twice!!! I was there maybe a total of 20 minutes.

Terrible operation. My dog rolled in some shit and I don't live far away so i walked her here for a quick wash. I'm not even sure it gave me the full 15 minutes. The machine stopped when my dog was soaking wet, telling me to add more money, which I expected to do twice anyways. It made me add ONE DOLLAR AT A TIME. Keep in mind they put a $20 hold on your card each time you scan it, so thats $240. I made it to $10 in credits. Pressing any and all buttons did nothing, just kept telling me to add 2 more dollars. But once I got to $10 the card reader said "machine in use" so it wouldn't let me add more money even if I wanted to. This entire time my dog is shaking and soaking wet. I'll never come here ever again and neither should anyone else. I'd rather deal with a stinky shit dog than ever se

We've taken our dog here 3 times now to wash him. The process has been very easy and he looks great after. Very reasonable for $12. It's been clean every time we have been there.

Took our pup for a bath. $12 for 15 mins was plenty of time. Just push the corresponding button and the Shampoo & conditioner come out of the sprayer similar to hand washing a car at the car wash. We had 3 mins left when done. So glad it opened! Great option. Will definitely be using it again.
