Pet Food Express

Our family has been shopping at PFE for years and love the team there. They are so helpful, very knowledgable and just really nice. They've (patiently) answered so many questions over the years and their expertise is very much appreciated. The store has a great selection - esp of food that we can trust. A belated review to say how much we love the store and the team!

Really helpful service here, and most of the employees have good knowledge about the products. I like that they offer a buy 3 get the 4th free on treats and like items.

Pet food express is a high end chain for quality pet foods, treats, and general care. They also have a self - grooming station to wash your dog. Lots of great dog and cat foods here like Origin and Stella and Chewey's.

Had my dog needs when the Terra Linda branch was out. Later on a different occasion to make an efficient errandathon, I went here with my dog for a weigh-in. We were very welcome, the scale had believably working numbers, but the smallness certainly shows in space and selection.

When the kitties and I moved to San Rafael, they got their new kitty stroller from here. I tried to support the local small pet store down the street, but the people there were extremely rude and never got back to me regarding pet strollers. Unfortunately for them, they tried to be nicer when they heard I was looking to donate money to local cat rescues....by then I had it with them and decided to shop at Pet Food Express. When the kitties and I recently moved, they got new toys, new fuzzy mice and a snazzy new filtered water fountain from P.F.E. The staff is nice and very helpful. I still support local pet stores (like Red Hill) when I can. Pet Food Express happens to carry larger selections of pet food and items all the time so it's convenient.
