Pet Food Express

I was a fan of their delivery service until I received cat food that was clearly bad. It smelled off and it made my cat sick. It even looked funky. (And it was the same wet cat food that I've been ordering for 4 years from this company, so I knew it pretty well.) I let them know, thinking it would be good for them to check their inventory so that other cats didn't get sick. I also expected a credit for the cans that I wasn't going to use. But what happened instead was an endless series of emails -- with an increasing set of demands of me to supply this or that -- all resulting in no credit. I'll be taking my business elsewhere.

Great pet store. Staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. The collar and lead I bought were the wrong size and I had no issues exchanging it for a new one. Beautiful new dog tags. Purchased a crate and the employee demonstrated on 2 different crates on how to assemble them. He went above and beyond! Happy I found my new favorite pet shop!

amazing pet store with very friendly and knowledgeable staff. we love their self serve dog wash area! $18 for 25mins is well worth it for a large doggy. the dog wash has everything you need - shampoo, conditioner, water, hose, leash, aprons, blow dryer, etc. highly highly recommend!

You won't meet a friendlier bunch of dog enthusiasts. Always smiling, always happy, and always willing to help. The store is always clean, the self-wash is always maintained, and the prices are just what I like. Glad to have them nearby for me and my baby when she needs a wash or a nice treat.
