Mai took absolutely wonderful care of our Golden Retriever, Kenia, while we were away on vacation. From the moment we met her, we felt completely at ease leaving Kenia in her home. She treated her like part of the family, gave her so much love and attention, and kept us updated, which meant the world to us. Kenia came home happy, relaxed, and clearly very well cared for. It’s such a relief to know we have someone we can fully trust. We wouldn’t hesitate to leave Kenia with Mai again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for loving, in-home care. I cannot recommend her enough! From the very beginning, it was clear how much she genuinely cares about animals. She took incredible care of my dog while we were out of town for the weekend, sending me tons of pictures and detailed updates that gave me total peace of mind. She went above and beyond—doing extra-long walks when my dog was being stubborn and didn’t want to poop, never rushing her and always putting her needs first. She was also extremely respectful of our home and always let me know in advance when she was coming by, which I really appreciated. Most importantly, my dog absolutely adores her—and that says everything. You can truly see that she loves and cares deeply for animals.
