This store and the owner are phenomenal! I came here looking for special supplies for an injured kitten we found. The store was actually closed at the time for renovations, but the owner gladly welcomed me in and took extra time to help me find everything I needed. His was very knowledgeable and incredibly helpful. I will only use this pet store from now on. I highly recommend this island gem for all your pet supply needs!! Thank you Pet Exchange, I am beyond grateful for your amazing service!

I love to go there and get my stuff. When I need it the people are so sweet they treat me like family over there 💯

Shop local. They get to know you and your dog. If you need special a special food and/treats, they'll stock it for you if they can. Just ask. Picky eater like ours? Cannot tell you how many times someone has dropped what they're doing to help me look at ingredients. This store reminds me of going to the old seed & feed in my small home town as a kid with my dad. No one's in a hurry, but you feel like you're old friends the minute you walk in.

Selection of dog food, toys, treats, etc is fantastic. Folks up front are always very nice. Surprisingly, the prices are competitive with those in Bwick. However, the person grooming the dogs is always yelling at the dogs in the back and can be heard out front. I would never take my dogs here to get groomed, she seems scary and mean. Once, I can understand having a difficult animal. But, its everytime I've been in. I'll stick to buying the products and friendly staff up front. Might send an ex girlfriend or boyfriend here to get groomed though!(🤭🤔🤣😂)
