Had the pleasure of visiting for the first time. Actually went twice over the weekend with my brother in law. The staff was super nice, informative and helpful as we were looking to repopulate a tank. Can’t wait to go back. Thank you.
Best Local Pet Store. Recently moved to 1220 41 ave. Suite H, Capitola. Next to Grocery Outlet Begonia Plaza.
Used to like having this place as a local option to source fish, but I'm not sure anymore. I understand that fish will die at any pet store but the fact that they're left long enough to develop a film, and that there were 4+ dead fish across a number of tanks... I dunno, I'd just rather shop somewhere that at least appears to take care of their stock.
Great store. Prices are on the high side but they carry live feeder animals and started selling terrariums, springtails and spiders. Been going here for years.
I had not been in the Pet Emporium in decades. I was looking for aquarium supplies including live plants. A very helpful and knowledge employee helped find exactly what I was looking for. Happy to support local business when they offer good items, good service, good prices. I'll be returning!
