I just want to start out by saying both Hubby and I have worked with dogs before. We are very picky on who sees our animals. I highly recommend here! We had a wonderful experience with a very early morning emergency. We had to drive 1 and 40+ min one way, and we don't regret it at all. Everyone was super nice and attentive. They took the time to listen and cover everything that needed to be covered. They saved our doggos life. I'm forever grateful for the care that he received there. We have been to other vets that are open 24/7 and do emergencies, and it wasn't the same care that we received here. Hopefully will never have to be back for an emergency. But if another comes up, we will not hesitate to take the road trip and bring our animals here. 💚🐾😁

Absolutely amazing care! From the first call to the last appointment. Including my emotional moments. Each one of the staff at the urgent care clinic treated me and my pet like their own family. Everything was explained up front. No surprises. They were absolutely amazing and deserve more recognition than they get. They provided service above and beyond!

I hope the staff here sleeps well knowing they took a dying, terrified cat, who had just been mauled, and decided that the "best" course of action was to secretly dump him at a kill shelter without even asking me. It takes a special kind of cruelty to look a grieving owner in the face, take their pet into the back, and then treat the situation like they’re disposing of hazardous waste. To this day, they still refuse to tell me what they did with him or why they felt they had the right to play God with my cat's life. Thank you for making sure my last memory of my pet is a wall of silence and a mystery I’ll never solve. If you actually love your animal, keep them far away from this place. They don't provide "emergency care"; they provide a one-way ticket to a kill shelter and a total blackou

We had to take our sweet old man kitty to the vet last night and knew with his age and symptoms it would be a high possibility that it would be his last night. The front desk lady was so kind to us and put us in a room right away. They were communicative about what was wrong with our cat and what all the options were. We decided to put him down as he is older and the treatments would not cure him but just prolong his life a little longer. They gave us as much time as we needed with him before we were ready to let him go and we were able to stay him the room the whole time. Everyone was super kind with us as we were in tears and everyone was so sweet. We weren’t able to bring him in a carrier and they even let him have a warm blanket when he passed so he would be comfortable. I appreciate a

My dog was struck by a car. I took her here not knowing the severity of her injuries. Or if she was even going to make it. When I arrived, one of the staff rushed to door to help me. They immediately took her back to evaluate her and address the gash on her shoulder that was bleeding quite heavily. After about 2hrs of uncertainty, they called me to inform me that my dog didn’t have any major internal issues after reviewing the ultrasound and I could come get her. Thank you to all of the staff that helped with getting my pup back on her feet. They even refunded me $300 for treatment that wasn’t needed. I would definitely recommend this place.
