Friendly staff and amazing selection! Happened to walk by with my lab and he insisted to go in(never been to this store as we live closer to Alaska Junction). The staff greeted him with so so much love and attention. The lady who speak Spanish helped a lot with picking up a new treat for Choco. I will be back for sure. Thank you for being so kind, and very reasonable with the prices of everything.

My favorite pet food store in Seattle! I have moved out of West Seattle but still go out of my way to come here for anything I need. The staff is super knowledgeable and always remember me and my dog, offering him plenty of treats whenever we come in. They have a frequent buyer program on food and some bones/treats which comes in handy for things I already need to continue to buy for my pets. Highly recommend!

Friendly, knowledgeable, and neighborly, I cannot say enough good things. I always feel good about supporting this neighborhood business instead of giving my money to a big, faceless corporation. As a pet owner, it's nice to have someone knowledgeable to talk to about the various health and behavior issues you might encounter. The folks at Pet Elements helped me through some rough times with my dog, helping me find food that continued to interest her and also met her dietary needs as she aged and became ill. It was a great comfort as I navigated those challenges. Highly recommend that you support this great neighborhood business.

Pet Elements is our favorite local pet store! The staff is wonderful; friendly, helpful, and showers our dog with love and treats when we visit. The selection is great, prices are very reasonable, and convenient location. Easy 5/5!

You thought mud bay was good. This place is insane! Major major kudos for separating the pâtés and bits for cats and a 5 gold stars for marking the kidney foods for kits. Stellar!
