Five stars. This pet door basically gave us our lives back. We have a big dog (around 110 lbs) and I assumed “training” would be a week-long project. Nope. Same day, both dogs figured it out and now they act like they own the yard. The best part is the freedom. No more playing doorman 12+ times a day, and no more getting woken up at night for the “emergency” potty trip that somehow always happens at 2:00 a.m. Install was shockingly easy. A few minutes, done. It looks great in the sliding door, feels solid, and for the price it’s an insane value. Also, huge shoutout to Jon. The support was better than most companies with full call centers. Clear emails, helpful video guides, and genuinely good advice.
