Bruce restored my faith in small business owners. He spent about an hour on the phone helping me troubleshoot my dog door and was honest that I didn’t need to buy a bigger door. The issue was installation education and training — he explained how to raise the exterior side with pavers and how to train my dog through it. My prior installer (North Texas Dog Doors) did not educate me at all and offered no help with training or troubleshooting — just a sale and then silence.
