Dr. James is nothing more than amazing. She removed a tumor from dog's face that no other vet would do, giving her a much better quality of life. The tumor was causing my dog not to eat and was constantly bleeding. Now she is eating and is happy and shes no longer bleeding. I am forever grateful to Dr. James for giving my dog Michelle her life back. I would recommend her 1000%.

We were referred to see Dr. James by our vet. Dr. James seems very knowledgeable. She took her time & was very loving towards our fur baby. The office was very clean and kept up with. They even offer you coffe, water or tea. The reception area was also very nice & personable. To be in fact our original appt. Was in mid February and upon speaking to Inbrahim he accommodated us to come in sooner as they had a cancellation. These days people don’t go the extra mile and he did!! Madison was Dr. James assistant and she too was so sweet & accommodating. We are very happy with this office & staff.

Dr. James and her team are extraordinary! My 17 year old Shitzu had a large mass in his ear and with it came months of ear infections. I was so worried about having it removed, as surgeries on older dogs can be dangerous. But Dr. James was able to fully remove the mass, along with other moles on his body, with only light sedation and perfect results. My senior dog now has a new lease on life and I have Dr. James and her team to thank for it!

We’ve had a great experience with Dr. James and her staff. Mochi got to them with a very noticeable head tilt from what we already knew to be an ear infection. We began some treatment on the first visit and Dr James gave options for treatments, first was by us at home, second was go in under anesthesia and have the ear cleaned on the spot and continuing some treatments at home. We opted for the procedure as it improved the chances of head tilt improvement. Several weeks have passed now and she is doing so much better. Its still a bit of work in progress but seems like we are over the hump! Thank you so very much Dr. James and staff! 🫶🏻

We brought our cat here with a chronic ear infection. He was clearly in pain, but unfortunately, there was little compassion or patience shown. The exam room was tiny — barely enough space for four people. My husband and I had to move around several times just so the doctor and technician could reach the table. They immediately tried inserting a long cotton swab into his ear while he screamed in pain, then stopped and said they couldn’t do anything unless we sedated him for the next visit. They didn’t seem interested in what we were explaining or the test results we had from our regular vet. The only solution offered was a $4,000 camera-assisted ear surgery. We were sent home with ear cleaner and a steroid — and a $500 bill. It wasn’t clear what we actually paid for since no treatment or
