I couldn’t be happier with our experience at Pet Creations! They were able to schedule us quickly, and from the moment we walked in, I could tell Remi was in good hands. Two young ladies gave him a gentle, thorough bath, and the experienced owner handled his nail clipping with ease and care. It was clear they all genuinely love animals, this isn’t just a job for them. Remi was excited, happy, and clearly enjoyed the attention. I especially appreciated that I was able to stay nearby instead of having to leave him with complete strangers in Harrisonburg, something that can be stressful for dogs and owners alike. These 3 ladies were awesome & did a great job with my 2 boys. My schnauzer usually struggles with grooming & they were so sweet & gentle with him & he did really well. Also the owner is very good about answering messages in a timely manner! Great customer service!!

Very sweet and loving with my dog. He sure does look adorable with his new haircut. The owner took lots of time to make friends with my pup before ever even attempting to touch on him. He came out happy as ever. She was full of information about what to expect for her upcoming move, too. I fully expect her move to not interfere with her business.
