This company has wonderful products and my dogs have loved them for over 30 years. One of the most honest companies for pet treats out there.

They advertised that their dog treat was safe for puppies and dogs of all sizes. I bought and fed to my show pup as stated on the package. It broke into a jagged piece which injured his esophagus as well as got stuck in his throat. He died as a result. I contacted the company just to get the cost of my dog and vet bills covered and they refused. It killed my precious show dog and I will not get over this loss. They could have AT LEAST covered my costs and they wouldn't even do that. Not sure how to give them less than 1 star. And WHY now that they have changed the label to EXCLUDE dogs under 15 pounds but the label still has a Chihuahua on the center of the label. So they KNOW this is deceptive!!!

They have the best products in the industry! Their customer service is always available and friendly! The drivers are fantastic!

Love the people, and my dog is crazy for their Chicken Chips!!!
