The level of professionalism is very impressive. I appreciate the kindness of the staff, doctor, and front desk ladies. The care these ladies exhibited and provided was exceptional. I came in very anxious due to prior vet experiences, and my cat has high anxiety too. They did not act scared of her and handled her very well with her temperament. I really appreciate the vibe and experience this vet delivers. Pet Care Plus was such an amazing place to take my dog. I was SO nervous about getting him neutered, but the staff made me feel comfortable from the start. They were kind, patient, and really took the time to explain everything so I knew exactly what to expect. You can tell they genuinely care about the pets. I was definitely in anxious dog mom mode constantly checking his surgical area, but they reassured me and made me feel confident that he was in good hands. I’m so happy I chose them and would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a place that truly cares. 🐾

Pet care plus makes you feel comfortable. Every one from the front to the back shows love for all animals. Amanda put her whole heart into this place and you can feel it when you walk in. Dr dunckel is a bonus too!

Took my Lab Piper there for the first time yesterday. The staff are all very kind. The vet was over the top gentle and sweet with my terrified baby. They presented me with treatment options and the cost for each possible plan. The cost! I was expecting over priced emergency pricing but I was shocked to find that the pricing was better than my regular vet and they were able to see us right away. I highly recommend. It is not an emergency place it is basically an extension of your vet. I honestly liked this place better than my regular vet.
