I've only been there one time so far, but I'm definitely going back. From the minute I walked in, I could tell the difference compared to other places I have been. The office was warm and inviting, everything was clean and the staff was compassionate and caring. I felt like I had been coming here for years. Dr Williams is very competent and he certainly knows what he's doing. He was very gentle and kind with my dog. She's a rescue that I found on South Dixie highway and she's very fearful.. he knew how to make her feel better right away. I've gone to a lot of different vets in the last few years and I never thought I would find the right one. Well I think I finally found it. So from now on Lily my rescue as well as my other three dogs are all going to this office! I highly recommend them.

Amazing practice! The owner was incredibly compassionate and helped me get an emergency appointment right away for a cat from my neighborhood. From the moment I arrived, the entire team was warm, patient, and truly caring. They saw us quickly and handled everything with such professionalism that the drive actually took longer than the visit itself that’s how efficient they were. Even though it was an hour away, it was absolutely worth the trip. I left feeling relieved, grateful, and genuinely impressed with the level of service and kindness they showed. I highly recommend this practice to anyone who wants their pets treated with real care and urgency.

I can’t say enough good things about this clinic and their incredible staff. My puppy, fractured his ulna and radius and from the very beginning we felt completely supported and informed. Dr. Cesar Torres and the entire team were amazing. Their attention to detail and the way they explained everything made a stressful situation much easier to handle. Every step of the process was clearly communicated, and they truly showed how much they care about both pets and their owners. The surgery was performed by Dr. Jose Gorostiza in October 2025, and the recovery could not have gone better. Our puppy only needed a cast for 10 days and was back to his normal, happy self in no time. I can’t say enough about this lovely wonderful place. The doctor and staff are so compassionate and competent. I took my Syrian hamster Osito to be checked because he had an infection in his left eye and the veterinarian, Dr. Michael Williams, examined him thoroughly and prescribed the appropriate medication. I wish I had found this clinic before, but I hadn’t had the money to pay for the expensive veterinarian clinics in the area, especially the ones who see exotics. At this clinic the staff is approachable, the price reasonable, Dr Williams very caring and competent , the clinic clean and welcoming. They have two doctors who see exotics, and emergency services for exotics and other pets. I have made it a point to let everyone I know who has a dog or a cat or an exotic about this wonderf
