Again, another great vet visit! Went in a little early(I like to chat), and Ms. Kylie and Malory greeted me along with Allie the moment I opened the door. Malory checked us in and my sweet Allie-Kat couldn’t wait to sprint behind the counter(w/ their permission)to get some lovings, and per usual, Ms. Hanna was spoiling her with the treats haha!! PCC is like her second home and i(Allie more than me)loves it so I thank yall so much!! Again a wonderful service
This was our first visit to get Maddie Mae established as a new patient. We were so happy with our experience. The staff is so caring and spoke to us like we had been knowing them for years. Just a wonderful experience.
We have been bringing our fur baby Molly to Pet Care Center since we moved to Ponchatoula in 2018. The staff is always so welcoming and friendly, including Malory, who was such a great help with suggesting a new flea and tick medicine that doesn’t exacerbate Molly’s seizures. Thanks so much to Malory and Dr Mathis for getting us sorted out today and keeping Molly healthy and happy. 💖🐶💖
Always such a good experience. Everyone is nice and takes the time to talk to my pups and try to make comfortable. Dr. Downing is amazing!
