If I can give negative 100 stars I would. This has to be the most unprofessional company I’ve ever dealt with. They failed to verify my address, went to the wrong location, and then canceled my appointment because of their own mistake. After that, they rescheduled me for a time I never agreed to in the first place. I had to call back to inform Eli, the appointment setter, that I couldn’t make that time, so we rescheduled for after work. Then, they didn’t even call to let me know the groomer was running “a little late.” “A little late” turned into three hours without so much as a courtesy call. I told them I had scared small dogs and only one person sbowed up One got out of harness and ran to house The other wasnt as lucky He brought her into me wet and later on saw blood on couch from nails She hid in my closet for hours My yorkie got a terrible cut looks like a csmpbell soup cut!! I texted all three numbers to tell about bleeding and nobody called me back These are our babies Dont trust anyone unless you have seen their work Not even a call back

Llevo 5 meses con este PET Grooming y no me pienso cambiar a otro, lograron cortar el pelo de mi mascota como a mí me gusta, son puntuales y el servicio y es muy bueno realmente lo recomiendo.
