Do NOT board or groom your dog at Pet Beauty Shop in Lufkin Texas!! My dog DIED as a result of being boarded there. The one and only time I used Pet Beauty Shop to board our dogs, 2 exhibited signs of toxicity. One was stumbling around, and when an employee couldn’t reach me by phone (I was on a cruise) she did not try to call my vet nor my emergency contacts. There was no after hours answering machine or emergency number when I tried to call her back. The next day no one could tell me why she had called. When we returned to port and were driving home, we received a call that our other dog was lethargic, wouldn’t eat or drink, and was having bloody diarrhea and vomiting. My son picked her up and rushed her to the vet while we were driving back home, but she died of rapid onset acute kidney

I brought my cat in to get cleaned up. He was in a mess. They cleaned my cat up and did exactly what I asked them to do. I will go back again.

My dog got groomed here today and they did a great job. He looks and smells great and the price was great too.
