Wonderful experience from start to finish. Thank you Elena for explained how detailed your grooming process is and kudos to Brooke for a great job on my golden retriever, Archie. The grooming was done exactly as we requested and Archie made new friends. Please note grooming may take 3 + hours as this business has a perfectionist mentality. Cheers all around.

Above and beyond service – we have tried a few different grooming services, but nothing beats this. We have an Australian Labradoodle and their prices are the best, the communication and staff are wonderful. They actually care about your dog and I am so thankful I found this place. I would recommend this to anyone who is looking For a great grooming service for their pet. I would give it 1000 stars if I could. Thank you again. I will be only using this going forward as these people are amazing.!!!!!!

My dog had a fabulous experience here. My dog usually hates getting groomed due to her fear of water and is very grouchy after grooming but not here. She was very happy and the barber did very well on her coat. She was so cute, fluffy, and had little bows in her hair

Absolutely love this groomer. Was a little nervous to bring my XL long hair cat in, as he has never been to the groomer before, but at the time he had developed mattes all over his shoulders that I didn't feel comfortable getting out, it was just too rough and too sensitive. I asked for a groomer to come out on the weekend, and they 100% accommodated, bringing in one of their cat groomers on a Saturday. He was there for around 4 hours in total, and when I got the call he was done, I went and picked him up. When I saw him, he looked AMAZING! It was like the mattes were never there, and he smelled so good. They even gave him a little yellow bandana. They were also able to get the mattes out without shaving him, which was awesome. I’ve always taken my pet to petco to get a cut and they’ve never listened on how i wanted him cut. Person at the front desk was amazing and so nice. They actually cut my baby the exact way i asked and he looks better than ever!!!
